Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified:

  • deposit – 50% to commence your conversion
  • 25% due to commence the internal framing stage
  • 25% due for lining and painting before leaving the yard

Completion to-order will take 6-8 weeks from receipt of 50% deposit and all payments must be made before delivery.

On-site installation and connections are the responsibility of the purchaser – if you need help with trades, ask us.
