Feel free to place a non-binding order for budgeting purposes
You can generate an order on our website to get an idea of pricing. If you don't proceed with your purchase, we will simply 'close' your order at the end of the current month. If you decide to proceed at a later date, a new order with current pricing and specifications is easily raised.
Nothing is binding on either side until 50% deposit is received
When you're ready to proceed with your order and all details are confirmed as correct, we will issue a separate tax invoice with request for 50% deposit to commence fabrication. Only then does the manufacturer start cutting steel in accordance with the specifications of your order, and after this has happened, orders may not be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable.
For pod kits, it takes 4-5 weeks from receipt of deposit to delivery
As every pod kit is custom-cut to order in Australia by computer-controlled fabrication processes, and deliveries interstate and intrastate via crane-truck can involve several legs/depots along the way, we allow 4-5 weeks from the receipt of your deposit until delivery to your site address. On occasion, we've been able to make it all happen faster. If you have a more urgent deadline, please let us know and we'll see what we can do.
For products available through our partnership with Bunnings, orders are usually available for collection from your nearest Bunnings outlet within about 5 working days but as much as possible we try to coordinate Bunnings stock availability with pod kit deliveries.
Balance must be received prior to release for delivery or pickup
When your order is almost ready for delivery or pickup, we will contact you to request balance of payment. No order will be released for delivery or pickup unless paid in full.
Pod kit deliveries are subject to safe and reasonable site access
Your pod kit will be delivered to the designated site address via hiab truck (a large truck fitted with a crane on the back). The individual kit components are bundled into one heavy piece for transport. In some situations the driver is able to safely and easily deliver the pod kit all the way to the desired point of unpacking and assembly. However, according to CoR legislation, it is up to the driver to determine how close to the exact point of desired delivery will be possible without risk to people, property, the vehicle, your consignment, legal regulations, public amenity, etc.
